Randall Shelton is a successful administrative professional with many honors and awards to his credit. In 2015, he received the University Administrator of the Year Award for his accomplishments at Kennesaw State University. He served as the Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations at the University from August, 2012 to 2016 and completed various significant tasks. One of them was leading the culinary team of the University to the nation’s number one foodservice program (as recognized by the National Restaurant Association) in 2013. For this, he was honored with Operator Innovator of the Year Award. Randall also developed and awarded the largest Foodservice RFP for $60 million, with $14 million in cash contribution
While serving as the Director of Auxiliary Services at Northeastern State University (May, 2009 – August, 2012), Randall Shelton developed RFP and led the development process for a campus housing master plan for housing replacement & renovation. He developed a campus wide printer and copier management program in partnership with a leading national printing and copier company. He also redesigned and developed a full-service motor pool rental fleet and full post office operation.
