Aaron Ardaiz, a welder who is dedicated to creative thinking skills and diligent work, is certified to complete 3G, 4G, and 6G positions. These positions specifically refer to the angle at which two fixed pieces of pipe are welded together, and each type has its own separate certification to ensure the highest quality. He is experienced with MIG, Stick, and TIG welding as well as machine tools. As a graduate of Linn Benton Community College in Machine Tool Technology, He has completed all of the necessary classwork to produce only the highest quality materials and is dedicated to being a source of good energy and motivation in the workplace.

Ardaiz has served with numerous companies that have seen his dedication to the work up close and personal. After graduating from college, he was hired as a traveling welder to visit sites across the United States, welding major pipelines with the highest levels of quality and efficiency possible.

Outside of the workplace, Aaron Ardaiz is dedicated to finding adventure and meaningful experiences as often as he can. He thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and loves finding new hiking trails. As a very social person, he has enjoyed the opportunity to travel through his work, and he continues to take opportunities to see new sights whenever he possibly can. He is particularly passionate about fishing. One of his fondest memories is a trip that he took to a remote island in Alaska with his stepfather to fish and entirely disconnect from the outside world. He is an avid sports fan, having been an All-Star Baseball Player as a middle and high school student, and he has served as a youth coach for Little League Baseball in the past, a meaningful experience in which he could see firsthand the importance of youth mentorship.

Aaron Ardaiz is particularly dedicated to family time and making sure that his loved ones know that they are appreciated. His daughter is incredibly important to him because he knows that the foundation of any successful society depends on the integrity and character of today’s children. He lives in Peoria, Arizona.
