Daudnagar, Aurangabad, Bihar – Abhishek Kumar, a passionate young athlete from the remote village of Nilkothi (Post: Baghoi, PS: Haspura), has achieved remarkable success in the field of athletics despite limited media recognition and infrastructure in Bihar.

Abhishek is a gold medalist in 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m races as well as in relay events (4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m). He has proven his excellence at Anumandal, District, State, and National levels, becoming an inspiration for many young sports enthusiasts across rural India.

“In our region, very few media houses cover athletes like me, but I never gave up on my passion,” says Abhishek. He now uses social media as a platform to share his journey and motivate others.
