Dr. Duvvuru Dwarakanatha Reddy received a message from the Indian Medical Association to this effect on Wednesday. Presently, Dr. Duvvuru Dwarakanatha Reddy is a CWC member and Chairman of the IMA National Action Committee. Earlier he functioned as Secretary and State Vice President for Telangana. IMA National President’s Appreciation Award for Lifelong Services to IMA was awarded to him in recognition of his services spanning over four decades to IMA. It is noteworthy that Doctor Duvvuru Dwarakanatha Reddy happened to be the first person from Telangana to receive the Award. This award is going to be conferred on him at the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Central Council of IMA on 27th & 28th December 2021 in Patna, Bihar.

Recently, the National Body of AOI (ENT) announced the Lifetime Achievement Award to Dr. Duvvur Dwarakanatha Reddy. He is the first person from South India to receive this honor. This award is going to be conferred on him at the AOI Conference to be held in Ranchi on 6 January 2022.

Several doctors are extending their appreciation to the organizations of IMA and AOI (ENT) for coming forward to confer the lifetime achievement awards to Dr. Duvvuru Dwarakanatha Reddy after having recognized his exemplary services rendered to the medical field in Telangana. Currently, Dr. Duvvuru is functioning as Overseas Coordinator for the Association of Telugu Medical Graduates in the USA, Coordinator of North America Telugu Association (NATA), and Overseas Director of Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA).
