Will intelligent machines truly be able to take over the jobs of humans? No, I doubt it. Both humans and artificial intelligence (AI) have various abilities and strengths.

Intelligent technologies are already displacing humans in manufacturing, service delivery, recruitment, and the finance industry, forcing human workers into lower-paying employment or leaving them jobless. This tendency has prompted some to believe that our workforce in 2040 will be unrecognisable.

Machine Learning vs Human Intelligence:
People consider today's modern computers intelligent in general because they have the ability to learn and make judgments based on the data they receive. While we may be aware of that ability, the intelligence we possess is of a quite different kind. AI mimics how people act, feel, communicate, and decide, according to Alan Turing's philosophy. Because of its ability to imitate, AI has the ability to find informative patterns that optimise trends relevant to the task. Furthermore, unlike humans, AI never becomes physically exhausted and will continue to function as long as it is fed data.

AI is evolving in the twenty-first century to be superior to humans in many tasks, leading us to believe that we are ready to hand over our intelligence to technology. With this current trend, it appears that nothing can't be automated in the near future, implying that no work is secure from being delegated to machines.

However, we believe this assessment of AI's role in the workplace is incorrect. The topic of whether AI will eventually replace human employees assumes that AI and humans share the same attributes and talents, which they do not. AI-based machines are faster, more accurate, and always rational, but they lack intuition, emotional sensitivity, and cultural awareness. Humans have these abilities, and it is these abilities that allow us to be successful.

Globsyn Business School has introduced UiPath, one of the most popular software for AI in their MBA curriculum which will be beneficial for students in professional journey. Their experienced faculties make students aware about automated tasks which can be used day to day life.

With a legacy of continuous innovation in management education for nearly two decades, Globsyn Business School (GBS) has uniquely positioned itself as India’s only ‘Corporate B-School’. Since its inception, GBS has had an extremely successful placement record for its batches and has been lauded with Education Excellence Award for ‘Best B-School in Placements’ at EduMeet 2018 organized by ASSOCHAM, India.
