As the former practice administrator at Long Island Otolaryngology and Pediatric Airway, Alexandra DiCamillo worked to create a new children’s area in the practice waiting room for a more family-friendly environment. He also posted incoming payments, created invoices, and generated reports for outstanding claims. He established and enforced office policies, standards and processes. He also managed patient flow, ensuring appointments were completed in a timely manner. Alexandra negotiated doctor’s contracts with insurance providers and established and enforced office policies, standards and processes.
Currently, Alexandra is serving as the Director of Operations at ENT Group where he oversees daily activities of 25 practices, thus making key decisions and ensuring smooth operations. He ensures employee compliance with center policies, procedures, and quality assurance protocols. He fields patient and employer enquiries and quickly handles complaints or concerns.
Alexandra DiCamillo graduated in Associate of Science in Suffolk Community College. Thereafter, in 2000, he pursued Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration in Stony Brook University.
