In this work of fiction created by Jessica N. Lane, the reader gets to learn about the story of the protagonist Claire Arden and her series of adventures.

The book explores how Claire Arden has a humble life as a high school sophomore. Her life is spent by taking care of her grandmother, avoiding the troubles that come due to growing up on wrong side of the tracks, helping her best friend to stay out of trouble and also doing a part time gig at the local joint called The Burger Shack. However, her life changes completely when she discovers that she is actually a half-blood princess belonging to a race of magical creatures which she believed to never exist outside the realm of the stories that her granny used to tell her.

These creatures, called fae have dominion over all four elements and created the world of Faega when they were driven out of the human world in olden times. Claire’s father was a powerful fae king. Under her human mother’s best friend’s protection, Claire grew up in the human world where she was kept far from the uprising in the fae world due to her half fae parentage. This novel is a compelling read and deserves special applause for Jessica, who has penned it beautifully!
