In preparation for this new release, Ann has spent over a year in the kitchen experimenting and fine tuning her recipes, updating the existing recipes as well as including new no-grain baking delights. These recipes are, of course, completely gluten free.

Going to a grain-free diet - suitable for diabetics, those with gluten intolerance, celiac disease or those that want to lose weight - can be a difficult process especially when it comes to breakfast.
