Bait Switch Tactics Causes Class Action Suit For Wedding Wire

Andy Olek, General Counsel for Wedding Wire, Fails to Negotiate Their Way Out of Expensive Class Action Lawsuit

Wedding Wire chose to send out a bulk e-mail titled "Your Gift From Wedding Wire". This "gift" was a free Easy Canvas Print. After spending time to personalize the Easy Canvas Print, many customers were then asked to fork over fifteen dollars in shipping. Now, we've all seen these kinds of offers before, but fifteen dollars is beyond excessive.

Andy Olek, General Counsel for Wedding Wire, stepped forward to try and handle the situation. He sent a single e-mail. The e-mail failed to bring about a resolution to the issue and a class action suit is being filed.

If you are a recipient of the "Free Easy Canvas Print" e-mail, immediately file an online complaint with the Maryland Attorney General to qualify for the settlement.
Their website is here http://www.oag.state.md.us/

Wedding Wire, this bait and switch tactic you have engaged in is illegal and it's wrong. Whoever headed up this advertising campaign should be fired. Furthermore, the website involved should immediately offer 100% FREE Easy Canvas Prints to all victims.
