Standard Lashing Tensioner
The standard lashing tensioner is suitable for day to day container packer use. It is used to create tension on the lashing to tighten its hold on the products or items it is supposed to secure. It is dual-purpose as it cuts the lashing as well. X-Pak’s standard tensioner comes in 2 dimensions. The ‘up to 40mm’ tensioner is used for strapping that is 32mm wide, while the ‘up to 50mm’ tensioner is recommended for 40mm lashing.

Heavy-duty Ratchet Tensioner
For lashing flat racks, X-Pak offers the ‘ratchet strap’ style tool. These tools give high tension and security on the load to ensure no movement. The heavy-duty ratchet tensioner is recommended for lashing down dynamic cargo and should be used with heavy-duty non-slip buckles. Pneumatic (Air-operated) Tensioner
The pneumatic tensioner gives enhanced tension of Max 7500N. It enables the operator to turn the tension wheel clockwise and counter-clockwise to maximise possible tension by ‘re-gripping’ the strap. It gives efficient strapping cutting with its built-in cutting device. The operator can set the tool’s tension pressure for consistent strapping. This tool is also light weighing only 3.8 Kg.
