I have a fast question PhenqSupplements concerning HIIT…I've scan in several places that 20 minutes of HIIT is very effective for fat loss, however I was wondering if 8-twelve minutes of HIIT remains effective for fat loss? Or do you would like to do at least twenty minutes for best results?
