Summary: Alberta approved 120 Express Entry applicants to make a request for a provincial nomination on July 29, 2022. For consideration in the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, candidates needed to have an Express Entry score of at least 473 points (AINP). There are 400 expressions of interest in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and more than 1,150 applications for the Alberta Opportunity Stream.

Alberta approved 120 Express Entry applicants to make a request for a provincial nomination on July 29th, 2022.

For consideration in the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, candidates needed to have an Express Entry score of at least 473 points (AINP). The CRS score increased as compared to the previous draw, which took place on June 16th, 2022, and had a CRS score of 306.

Over 1,150 applications for the Alberta Opportunity Stream and 400 expressions of interest for the Alberta Express Entry Stream are now in the pool for Alberta Express Entry. A provincial nomination may be available to applicants who are invited to submit their applications through the Alberta Express Entry stream.
