PARIS, 26 October 2024 — The historic Royaumont Abbey near Paris transformed into a nexus of cultural and philanthropic excellence this past weekend, hosting nearly 300 distinguished guests for a landmark event «Mosaic: Uniting Humanity Through Technology & The Arts» supporting global education initiatives.
The two-day gathering featured thought-provoking panel discussions on education's vital role and technology's impact on contemporary art, skilfully moderated by Linda Pereira, recognized among the top-100 global women influencers.
Distinguished attendees at the gala dinner and charity auction included:
• Sulu Daunivalu, Curator of the Museum of Pacific & Oceanic Arts, esteemed member of the Royal Society of Arts
• Marek Halter, member of the Order of the Legion of Honor, journalist, and human rights activist
• Helen Hoehne, Director of the Golden Globes
• Sabrina Elba, international model
• Ella Travolta, acclaimed actress
• Santa Dimopulos, prominent influencer
• Axelle Saint-Cyrille, opera singer and Royal Academy of Arts member
A highlight of the evening was a captivating live performance by contemporary artist Bou Bou, who incorporated fresh roses into a canvas painting, demonstrating the creative process in real-time.
The event featured the premiere of "Art in You," a compelling short film by Elisabeth Krez celebrating international organizations dedicated to expanding educational access and inclusion, particularly in developing nations. All auction proceeds will directly support UN educational division programs.
"This gathering represents a powerful convergence of art, education, and global advocacy," said Adria Dunn, founder of the Vine. "The success of this inaugural event has inspired plans to establish it as an annual tradition."
Looking ahead to 2025, organizers will select another historically significant venue that embodies the event's commitment to cultural heritage and international cooperation.
