Special Instructions on Meeting Your Blackwood Tours Guide at the Port of Sydney Nova Scotia

Your guide will meet you at the Port of Sydney as soon as you pass through the security gate on the Port of Sydney dock. Just go to your left, and they will be wearing a red shirt and holding a Blackwood Tours sign. You will have 30 minutes to find your guide. We ask that you exit the

cruise ship as soon as you can so nobody is waiting too long to start their tour. If your ship time changes your tour time will change accordingly. Please bring money/credit card for lunch and beverages. We will incorporate a stop, but the cost of food and beverages is not included in the price of the tour.

You may also want to have cash/credit cards for souvenirs. Some of the museums have gift shops. Always keep in touch with your tour guide as the itinerary may change from time to time. And for your comfort please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Tour Pricing: Taxes, fees, and admissions are all included in the tour pricing.

A deposit of $100 USD is required for reservations made in advance. If the boat does not dock, a full refund will be applied. Please note that there is a minimum of four guests required to leave the dock. Passengers may feel free to recruit individuals to join their tour to reach the required minimum of people.

Bad Weather: While we cannot control what the weather does, we can control how we spend time in it! Blackwood Tours is equipped to show you what is most amazing about Cape Breton in all types of weather. We will do what we can to make you comfortable!

Cancellation: Cancellation is one week prior to your tour date you will receive a full refund. Cancellation 24-48 hours prior to your tour date (in writing ) 50% refund. If your ship does not dock a full refund will be returned to you.
