Reputed Pune based Developers, Lotus Landmarks (India) Private Ltd. (Lotus), was bestowed with a 5 star accreditation by CRISIL for their project Lotus County and also being selected by Realty Plus in “India’s Top 100 Projects”, with Knowledge Partner-CRISIL Real Estate Star Ratings. Lotus has successfully completed over 20 projects till date.
The event saw presentations of upcoming projects of Lotus by their architects and speeches by Lotus and CRISIL’s management. Mr. Satish Giri, Managing director, Lotus Landmarks India Private Ltd. (LLIPL) said, “Our aim is to provide high end, all- side open apartments specially designed to be a fit for independent villas.”
CRISIL, a highly credible agency for ratings in real estate, having a very strong influence in market, considering their high professionalism. The agency has strict parameters for its accreditations that include their examination and qualification, criteria, absolute knowledge about the concerned project, its legality, planning of the project, workmanship, quality of project and most vitally the innovation and marketing of the project amenities as well as value for money. It requires about 6-8 months for getting this certificate.

At this event Lotus Landmarks announced as a part of CSR activity to set up a school for mentally and physically challenged children. The company also announced that to support the “Made in India” brand it will not import any construction material for all of its future projects and will be using only “Made in India” material for its construction.
