Soho, London, England., June 06, 2014 -- Recruitment company GSR2R, who pride themselves on providing added value for their clients and candidates, are now organising free lunchtime yoga sessions for them. The yoga classes will be held at GSR2R’s Little Portland Street offices, commencing on Friday 6th June.

GSR2R are a rec 2 rec agency. They differentiate themselves from their competitors by continually demonstrating their ongoing commitment to their candidates and clients through added value services. GSR2R have previously arranged fitness sessions in Green Park, and frequently offer free training in areas such as interviewing skills. As Cheryl Wing, founder of GSR2R, explains ”We always look at how we can add value to both our amazing clients and candidates.”

Many recruitment consultancies have no further dealings with a candidate once they have successfully placed them. However, GSR2R believe that building relationships with and investing in both candidates and clients is the key to long term success. They nurture these relationships over the long term, recognising the symbiosis between client, candidate and recruitment specialist. The client can become the candidate and vice versa, and knowing where to turn when looking for their next position or their next recruit is beneficial to all.

The rec 2 rec consultancy understand how important it is for people to look after their health in order to deliver optimal performance in the workplace, and GSR2R founder Cheryl Wing, herself a keen marathon runner, firmly believes that there is a correlation between physical fitness and mental fitness. Many studies have shown that people who take a lunch break have increased energy levels and a greater ability to concentrate during the afternoon. Incorporating some exercise into the lunch break is the perfect way to allow the brain to recuperate from the morning, in addition to relieving stress and boosting confidence. Yoga is a particularly beneficial form of exercise, with studies reporting many positive effects including lowered blood pressure, relief from neck and back pain, enhanced creativity and increased memory function.

The yoga sessions will offer clients and candidates not only the chance to enhance their fitness and mental agility, but also the opportunity to network with others in their industry. The new classes can accommodate up to 10 people, and will run from 1.30pm to 2.10pm. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Contact GSR2R by phone or email for further details of the yoga classes and to book a place or visit their website @ www.gsr2r.com
