He went to the University of Southern California to earn Professional Administrative Credential and Ed.D. Doctorate of Educational Leadership. He has teaching experience in areas of classroom management, child development, communication, brain base learning, law and ethics in public education, and leadership in K-12 education.

He has many years of professional experience in the education sector. In his career, he chaired meetings for the purpose of coordinating activities and ensuring that outcomes achieve school, district and state objectives. He developed budgets and financial forecasts to provide financial guidance and recommendations to administrative personnel, Superintendent and governing board. He implemented policies, procedures and processes to provide directions and comply with mandated requirements. He effectively managed school administrative functions for the purpose of maintaining safe and efficient school operations within district guidelines.

Brian Joseph of Etiwanda High School believes in providing students with flexible learning environment where they can learn at their own pace. Online high schools allow students to complete their studies under optimal conditions.
