Absolute Lawn Pros Makes Strides to Better Customer Service

The team at Absolute Lawn Pros is proud to announce the steps they are taking to make the customer service experience far better. These advances were implemented in hopes of increasing their workload capacity and reducing the dependency the company has placed on its owner.

One of the first steps Absolute Lawn Pros has taken to improve the customer’s experience is the promotion of Jeremy Sergent. Sergent has been with the company for 16 years and is now the new General Manager of Absolute Lawn Pros. This promotion goes hand in hand with the addition of a new office manager in hopes of making things behind the scenes run smoother and more efficiently.

Absolute Lawn Pros has also added a fifth crew to their team of lawn technicians. The addition of this new crew allows the company to spread their resources, increase response times and offer a better overall experience for the customers they care for. Taking the correct amount of time to properly care for each lawn they manage is the company’s top priority.
