Terri Bauer is a licensed social worker, and has spent a major portion of her career helping out juvenile sex offenders and their victims. She believes that these children can and should be helped so that their life is not wasted or spent behind bars. During treatment, she believes in a comprehensive approach that involves the offender, his family, and the victim if possible.

During her career, she has used cognitive behavioral therapy as well as the systems method for assessment and treatment. She has worked with clinicians for the treatment of a variety of mental disorders. She was also the director of the Juvenile Sex Offender Program at Grayson County, and developed both inpatient and outpatient problems. She has experience in facilitating play, group, family, and individual therapy.

Terri Bauer graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, and received a masters degree in Social Work Her licenses include an LCSW ( Licensed Master of Social Work), and a LSOTP ( Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider). In January of 2012, Terri was appointed by Governor Perry to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment. Currently, Terri is the director of the CSI program of Collin County, Texas. This program involves treatment kids who have sexual behavior problems, in an effort to normalize them as much as possible

Terri Bauer is a LSCW and LSOTP. She is the current director of the CSI Program for Juvenile Sexual Behavior Treatment at Collin County, Texas. She has been appointed to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment by Governor Rick Perry. She served as the director of the Juvenile Sex Offender Program in Grayson County from 1995 to 2002. She also worked as a clinical supervisor with the Child and Family Guidance Centers from 1997 to 2000.
