Each year, The event celebrates community, family, friends, and the love of the English and French Bulldog breeds. This year's theme is "Festival of Families". All are encouraged to come dressed to impress in their best circus-themed attire - and their dogs, too! For this upcoming event, they are inviting anyone with any other breed to come spectate and participate in funtivities like The BD Wagon Parade and The Miss O'Malley Memorial Strut Your Stuff.
In addition, The Bulldog Derby is known for its support and inclusion of small and local businesses,organizations, community clubs, and featured non-profits. Most importantly, each year The Bulldog Derby hosts a Beneficiary Rescue or Organization to help with monetary or in-kind donations and support. For this upcoming event,
the selected Beneficiary Organization is The Puppy Pals Club.
