Carbon Blue Solutions Launches Oasis Cone: A Field-Ready Climate Innovation to Grow Crops and Trees in Arid Deserts Without Irrigation

Carbon Blue Solutions has announced the development of the Oasis Cone — a patent-pending, scalable technology that allows mangroves and salt-tolerant crops to grow in desert environments without irrigation, freshwater, or pumps.

Unlike traditional infrastructure-heavy methods, the Oasis Cone uses passive techniques to tap subsurface saline water in desert zones. Designed for low-cost manufacturing and field assembly, the system has already been reviewed by UN-recognized hydrogeologists and is entering pilot site negotiations in Egypt or Oman.

The project has been entirely self-funded to date, with over €250,000 invested in R&D, material testing, and early-stage field development. The Oasis Cone has also received free international media coverage, including features on CBS, Fox 5 San Diego, and indexing on Google News.

Carbon Blue Solutions is now seeking accredited investors, research partners, and strategic funders to support the first large-scale pilot of this climate resilience technology.
