The former Vice President of Operations at Rocky Mountain Foods, Denver, CO, Terrence Shamblin is an accomplished manufacturing & operations leader with a proven track record of revenue and EBITDA growth. With vast experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting, leadership, and team building, he has been able to make a significant contribution in the growth of several companies – starting from reducing labor and product cost by $10M at Kroger through procurement and lean principles to growing Meijer Manufacturing from $30M to over $250M in just 5 years, and more. In Rocky Mountain Foods too, he successfully led the executive team directing strategic planning and cost focus in multiple operations.
Terrence Shamblin has also served in various leadership positions as an Armor Officer. While serving in the United States Army, he received Army Achievement Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and the Cobra Award for Outstanding Leadership. Shamblin is an alumnus of Campbell School of Business, Berry College, Rome, GA, from where he completed his Master of Business Administration. Before that, he attended the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York to pursue his Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering.
