CharBlue is a collaboration inspired by chef driven restaurants from across the country. Former Indianapolis Colt Gary Brackett partnered with chef Ricky Hatfield and local restaurateur Jeremiah Hamman to develop a concept that blends the bravado and jaw dropping steakhouse machismo with the lighter and more palatable offerings of the small room, chef driven, farm to table trend. Combining local art and a towering bar stocked with the best brands CharBlue is sure to delight you and your guests.
