Kyungpook National University: "Connecting Startups and Investors to Attract Investment"

 
The Kyungpook National University (KNU) Startup Support Center recently held the "KNU Startup Boosting Day" at the Global Plaza Geongha Hall to provide investment opportunities for promising startups.
The event was designed to enhance the IR (Investor Relations) capabilities of startups and directly connect startups with investors to successfully attract investment. It consisted of a Startup IR Demo Day, a field communication session with industry-specific startup experts, and startup booths.
During the IR Demo Day, nine companies that grew through the KNU Startup Support Center’s programs participated: Yesung Global Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kim Kyung-tae), EdPlus Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kim Ji-hyun, Seo Sang-wan), The Raphis (CEO: Bae Jae-ho), The Swing Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kim Hyung-san), J-Solution Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kwon Se-gi), Paco Wear Co., Ltd. (CEO: Lee In-gyu), Quanta Materials Co., Ltd. (CEO: Kwon Jun-bum), TwoArt Co., Ltd. (CEO: Jo Su-won), and ALI Co., Ltd. (CEO: Lee Min-ho). Investment institutions such as Primer Sazee Partners, Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Songhyeon Investment Co., Ltd., Yewon Partners, and SAG Angel Club also participated.
Kyungpook National University Startup Support Center Director, Lim Gi-byeong, stated, “We will continue to provide opportunities for promising startups and investors to meet, create an environment where startups can showcase their capabilities, and contribute to the activation of the regional investment ecosystem."
