Edutech specialized company Intube (CEO Lee Dae-hyun) recently announced that it passed the learning data storage standard certification test with its own technology to the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative (ADL), an e-learning standardization organization.

xAPI is a post-SCOM standard protocol that has been activated and used in Korea in the past, and is a standard that provides standard protocols for collecting and storing structured and unstructured data to support customized learning based on learner behavioral data.

In constructing big data/AI-based edutech services, standards for data collection and storage are essential protocols, and xAPI supports scalability to store and utilize a wide range of experience data generated through learning activities.

In Korea, there are cases of xAPI-based LRS authentication using open source, but this is the first case of authentication based on source technology.

Intube has continued to invest in research and development of learning management systems and learning analysis systems, and with its own technology, it has passed all 1365 protocols presented by ADL to obtain certification.

Lee Dae-hyun, CEO of Intube, said, "With this certification, it is possible to provide a foundation for existing education providers and Edutech startups to convert to artificial intelligence-based Edutech services in a standardized way, and through this, it is possible to contribute to the revitalization of the domestic Edutech industry."

Meanwhile, Intube, a company specializing in Edutech, has a learning management system called 'Tube Learn' and a learning analysis system called 'Tube AI', adding a standard-based data collection and storage system called 'Tube LRS' to develop and supply various solutions in the Edutech field.
