You can keep your courtesy car for the duration of the repair period. If your vehicle is deemed beyond reasonable repair (written off), you can continue using your Claimsline courtesy car for another 7 days. This gives you plenty of time to make other arrangements. All their courtesy cars are usually supplied full of fuel and they simply ask that you refill the vehicle with the correct type of fuel on return. They ask that you do not exceed 150 miles a day when using the courtesy car, but they try to accommodate for individual circumstances, for example, if your job involves a lot of driving.
