Besides general announcements and bug updates, there are various enhancements in CRMJetty’s product release. Given below are some of the new features added to the SalesPort Customer Portal.

Picklist Option

With the new release, portal users can select multiple picklists along with the default picklist for any field dynamically. A new multiple field selection limit has been added for all the picklist fields.

Modifications in the Layout Page

Users can configure the fields on the layout page with quick drag and drop. They can even add selected fields for multiple selection easily.

LWC Framework

The conversion of layout, portal settings, object access, knowledge base article, and other pages to the LWC framework enables users to enjoy a better UI experience.
