The current demand for software developers has turned the attention to the talent that resides in Latin America and that is bilingual

The demand for qualified software developers in the United States exceeds the available supply. According to a report by the consulting firm Korn Ferry, it is estimated that by 2030 there will be a deficit of 85.2 million skilled workers in the world, which will result in a loss of 8.5 trillion dollars in annual revenues. The United States will be the country most affected by this shortage, with a potential loss of 1.7 trillion dollars.

In this case, many US companies are looking for alternatives to find talent in the field of software development. One of them is to resort to English-speaking developers living in Latin America, a region that offers competitive advantages such as geographical and cultural proximity, quality and diversity of professionals and lower costs.

"Latin America is an emerging market with great potential for software development. There is a large amount of young, creative talent with a desire to learn and grow professionally. In addition, native English speakers are increasingly numerous and the time difference is minimal", explains Yuvi Shmul, CEO and founder of Cazvid, a free app to post job offers and resumes in video.

Cazvid is an innovative platform that allows companies and candidates to connect quickly and easily through short videos of 30 seconds. Employers can post their job offers in video, explaining the requirements and conditions of the position. Candidates can respond with their resume in video, introducing themselves and showing their skills and experience.

"Video is the most effective format to convey information and capture attention. With Cazvid, companies can see the personality, communication skills and level of English of the candidates, something that cannot be assessed with a traditional resume. Candidates can stand out and differentiate themselves from the rest, demonstrating their passion and talent", says Yuvi Shmul.

Cazvid has more than 150,000 registered users in the United States and Latin America, among which are companies interested in contacting talent for software development. According to Yuvi Shmul, Cazvid facilitates the recruitment and hiring process for both sides: "Companies can save time and money by filtering and selecting the best candidates in minutes. Candidates can access numerous job offers tailored to their profiles and preferences".

Yuvi Shmul assures that Cazvid is the ideal solution for US companies looking for software developers in Latin America: "Cazvid is a free tool, easy to use and very effective. With Cazvid, companies can find the talent they need to boost their projects and grow in the global market", he concluded.
