Hamilton County Judge Megan Shanahan hands down shocking verdict that tramples all over the Constitution. A couple was harassing a young single mother. The man had been on a sugardaddy site looking to date young women. He was telling people he was single. The young, single mother was his victim. She found out and said she was telling his wife. That's when the couple took a series of astounding actions.

First, the man filed a restraining order to try and hide the affair. The judge saw right through it and dismissed the restraining order. Ten years later, after the wife found out about the indiscretion, the wife filed a restraining order claiming the first order "had been granted". The couple made a series of false statements to the judge that were beyond obvious. It is crystal clear what the couple is trying to do.

The single mother, now living in another state and unable to afford an attorney, did the best she could. She tried filing the appropriate answer and other paperwork, but it was all struck on technical errors. Megan Shanahan then threw the book at the young lady claiming her "failure" to respond was an admission of guilt. It's absolutely shocking.

Twelve years ago the woman posted the man on a cheater site. He is/was a cheater and that's true. Truth is not defamation. The couple, in an attempt to defame the woman and in their rage began posting the young lady on escort sites, released her social security number, date of birth, had her followed, run off the road, etc. The single mom posted truth. Judge Megan Shanahan threw the book at her.

A young single mom on welfare was ordered to pay over $600,000 to a couple clearly abusing the legal system. It's the grossest abuse of the law we've ever seen. Furthermore, we cannot understand why this Hamilton County Judge would allow such obvious misuse of her courtroom. We want answers. This is wrong.

While the answer may have been "technically" incorrect, the judge was provided with the evidence that the couple was defaming the woman online and being terrible. There's a rule of law called unclean hands that should have prevented this unjust ruling. However, the judge abused her discretion by handing down this ruling and we want to know why. Why such an abuse of our legal system? Why assist an evil couple clearly trying to hide an affair? Remind you of Monica and Bill much?

When the tables are turned on the victim like this, other countries see it and they don't want a democratic system. When a victim cannot speak out about what was done to her, a CLEAR case of Rape by deception, then the law has failed this single mother. The truth is clear. Anyone with eyeballs can see this couple is manipulating the legal system with their cash. This judge should be disbarred and we're filing a complaint against her if no one else will.
