Started with the original Ken Wilson in the 1900’s, KWM has developed a great team of passionate people working to send out the best quality, most delicious meat. Some of our recent triumphs include winning the 2012 & 2013 Gold Medal for our Turingia Bratwurst; 2013 Silver Medal for our Cracked Pepper, Coriander & Basil fresh gourmet sausages; 2015 Silver Medal for our Beef Sausages.

All beef is HALAL. All of our fresh pork is 100% PigCare Accredited pork from the Canterbury region - We are independently audited against New Zealand’s (Pigs) Code of Welfare and compliant with New Zealand’s food safety standards. Full COB (Cooked on the Bone) legs are infused with Ken Wilson Meats’ refined recipe. We supply a full, comprehensive range of offal from beef and lamb. And, of course, our lamb is some of New Zealand’s finest - certainly a big claim to make but our customers stand by us!

All of our products are cold boned at Taylor Preston under very strict guidelines and export regulations.

We deliver great lamb, beef, pork, sausage, ham, and other products on a wholesale basis or (where quantities allow) specifically to your specifications! We handle around 80,000 tonnes of meat a year for brands like Natural Farm, Taylor Preston, Cumberland, Preston Select Lamb, and Tailored Foods as well as unbranded.
