Our Medical Director is Dr. Jagdish Basra, a child and adolescent psychiatrist and practices specialist practising in Edinburgh, Scotland for the National Health Service. She is well-versed in dealing with a wide range of paediatric mental health issues, including ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, and autism.
Dr. Basra takes a patient-centered approach, and it is her top objective to have all consultants at Diverse Diagnostics provide a thorough examination and diagnosis based on their years of experience, along with establish the next steps for the patient and their families.
Dr. Basra earned her medical degree from Leicester University in the United Kingdom and took place to specialise in child and adolescent psychiatry in Scotland.
As a medical doctor, she's been practising for more than ten years, and as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, she's been a consultant considering that 2018. She is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the United Kingdom and may be found on the Specialist Register maintained by the General Medical Council.
She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Canada before deciding to pursue a career in medicine.
