TC is delighted to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital in Woodstock that was previously owned by Joe O’Malley.

Of the current Woodstock management team, Joe O’Malley will continue as Managing Director, Tim Ingham as Sales Director, and Paul Atherton as Operations Director. Louise Ryalls, the Woodstock Finance Director, has decided to leave the business with immediate effect to pursue other interests. Louise has been a fantastic servant to Woodstock for over 25 years and will be missed. The accounts team at Woodstock will continue to assume responsibility for all finance matters under the direction of Chris Facey, Group Finance Director for TC.

Woodstock will continue to operate as a separate entity from its current site at Corrie Way. It will continue to offer a delivery and installation service and will continue to sell its existing product range to existing customers.
