let’s learn how to make chocolate cake with few basic ingredients.

Here are the ingredients required
all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups curd 1cup

castor sugar 3/4 cups oil/butter 3/4 cup

cocoa powder 3/4 cups baking powder 1tsp

vanilla extract 1/2 tsp(optional) milk 1cup

baking soda 1/2 tsp vinegar 1tsp

Process
First add the vinegar in the curd, mix well and set it aside for 5 minutes.

Then a bowl seive all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder together and keep it aside.

Add the curd and vinegar mixture in the oil/butter and then slowly mix it with te dry ingredients. after mixing tat well add the milk(you may equire extra milk in some cases). adjust the frequency of the batter accordingly.

Now add this mixture in a 8 inch oiled mould and bake it for 35-40 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180*C.

Let the cake cool down before taking it out of the mould.
