Daren Vanderley is a promising racer from Alabama, United States, who started racing, when he was only five years old. His first win as a racer came at, at J&J Speedwat, a dirt track in southern Alabama, where he won his first ever championship at the age of only seven. In 2001, when this dirt track was paved and became Sunny South Raceway, Daren once again won the championship, defeating a number of talented racers.
After winning his first feature race at the age of eleven, Daren Vanderley spent the next two years traveling the southeast, learning new tracks, making laps, and competing on road courses in the Pro Division of the Skip Barber Formula Dodge Series. Besides all this, he attended two car control clinics offered by the Skip Barber Racing school to fine tune his natural skills. During this time period, he also won a few races in his Legend car.
At present, Daren is recognized as a promising racer, known for his dedication, sincerity, and hard work. Besides being passionate about auto racing, Daren also likes to build cars. He knows each and every aspect of the vehicle and has even built many of his cars from the ground up.

Daren Vanderley is a third generation racer, who has grown up in the racing world with a grandfather in the NHRA Hall of Fame, who also holds Bonneville land speed records, and a father who owns VDL Fuel Systems and builds Holley carburetors for all levels of racing across the country. He began racing at a young age of 5 in an A-restricted kart. Since then, he has been racing at all levels.
