Deflation - a period of rising pressure (bridges across rotate) Relax - muscle period (voltage drops) relaxes and tends to return to its original length

Types of contraction:

1 - isotonic - pressure or force generated from muscle is greater than pregnancy and muscle shortening
2 - isometric - greater than the pressure or force generated from the muscles and the muscles do not shorten the task

Albert - the answer to one stimulus skeletal muscle (or action potential):

Cumin - any change in length. Where the signal travels along the sarcolemma and T-pipes under the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium are released, and so on (in other words, the muscle can not be contracted immediately!)
