Vonder is part of the LRC Group, a private investment, and management company engaged in the search and acquisition of real estate properties worth more than 6 billion euros throughout Europe. To successfully stay in the market, business development, and promotion among the target audience, a team of technical specialists at Eventyr developed a mobile application and a website with excellent visual and convenient functionality.

A distinctive feature of the project was the work with the Smart Lock System. We provided back-end development, during which we integrated a smart lock with its own hotel system using Saltos. Typically, smart locks use Bluetooth to interact with smartphones that work a short distance away, making them convenient to use at home. But tenants will have a choice. They can use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks to connect with the smart locks. With access to a smart lock system, tenants can automatically unlock the door, exchange virtual keys with other smartphones, and control the lock remotely from a smartphone via Wi-Fi.

Working with 3rd party integrations was also an essential part of the project. Make the website and the mobile application work correctly and have even more features than other booking applications. The direct integrations were Arthur online - a cloud-based real estate management platform with a functionally rich set of applications designed with business in mind; Saltos - a cloud-based access control solution for smart locks; Frontapp - a platform for communication with clients, combining email, apps, and team members into a single view; Sendbird - a service providing chat and messaging with delivery receipts, offline messaging, presence, translation, moderation tools, and analytics.
