At Evolve Health Club in Koh Phangan, members master Muay Thai in a setting that honors centuries-old tradition. Each morning (90 minutes) and evening (120 minutes) session includes skipping or running warm-ups, shadowboxing, pad work, technique drills, and supervised sparring or clinching. Saturdays feature the Wai Kru ceremony, connecting fighters to the art’s rich heritage. Trainers with 6–12 years’ experience tailor 15–20 minutes of on one coaching for every participant.
