Its low frequency/high impact design promotes feed flow without damaging your feed bin or voiding its warranty. The control unit on the Flow Hammer has both timed and sensor controlled modes. The timed mode uses an “on” time and a “cycle” time to control the Flow Hammer when the feed system is running. The sensor mode uses a sensing device to detect when there is a feed flow issue. The sensor will activate the Flow Hammer when a feed flow issue is detected and will shut it off once the event has ended.

The Flow Hammer is a reliable and affordable option to help lower feed costs and gain feed efficiency. It adapts to most existing feed bins and can be installed on an empty or full feed bin. This product is superior to some other agitators that use high frequency vibration, as the vibration can result in loosened hardware and metal fatigue, potentially resulting in structural failure.
