Engel & Völkers First Coast had an exceptional year in 2022, with over $813,550,000 in sales volume and a total of 1,439 closed transactions. The team's outstanding performance was highlighted by the NEFAR MLS record-breaking sale of 501 Ponte Vedra Blvd in Ponte Vedra Beach, where Nicholas Eklund represented the buyer and closed the deal at an impressive price of $12,216,000.
