She worked with Deltek as QA Manager/Architect for two years and six months. In this company, she was responsible for heading the QA side of GovWin Enterprise. She provided technical leadership in the integration process of the product. Besides this, she managed the Quality Assurance and Control process to provide the successful re-launch of the web-based GovWin portal by leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodology. She holds a MS in Information Systems and Engineering with a minor in Database Management from George Mason University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University. She has worked with many renowned companies, and has played a key role in their success and growth. Presently, she is working at iMapData as a QA Manager/Automation Architect. Serving there since February 2015, she is responsible for leading CI and automation functional development and processes. In addition, Alla is also involved in heading the QA side of the company, training, mentoring, and building and development operations.
