Frank McLain is an attorney who assists his clients with many different types of legal problems. He is familiar with family law, estate planning, business contracts, lease agreements and many other areas of the law. He attended Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas and graduated in 1955. He received a bachelor degree of business from the University of Texas in Austin in 1959 and served as a commissioned officer, lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. After serving in the Navy he attended the University of Texas in Austin for a second time and earned his bachelor degree in law. He also earned his Juris Doctorate degree in law in 1962.

Frank McLain worked in several different law firms before opening his own in 1991. He also served on the Dallas Bar Association for ten years, from 1962 to 1972. Over the years he has helped many clients. He works to help create estate plans for those who wish to create wills and trusts and avoid probate court. He also helps businesses and individuals review and complete contracts and leases. He even assists corporations and franchises with their legal needs. He has learned a lot over the year while working with many different types of businesses and people and he looks forward to having new experiences in the future. He is always quick to help explain legal issues, laws and options to his clients and makes it a point to help them understand what to expect from a certain case. He always acts with the best interest of his clients in mind.

Frank McLain also has many hobbies. He is passionate about fine music and enjoys going to the Dallas Symphony and Opera whenever possible. He is married and has four children and ten grandchildren who he enjoys spending time with regularly. He continues to practice law in Texas and enjoys meeting with new clients and helping them with their legal issues. He is glad that he can use his knowledge of the law and legal skills to help those in need of his services.
