of these as well.
7. Citrus Fruits have high vitamin C content. They are also a good source of folate, fiber, and
other antioxidants:
Pink or Red Grapefruit - half a grapefruit only carries 47 calories.
Oranges provide vitamin C, about 50 to 70 mg.
Lemons and Limes - 1 lime or lemon holds about 17 calories.
8. Kiwifruit has more vitamin C than an orange. It's also an excellent source of magnesium,
potassium, and vitamins A and E.
9. Papayas are loaded with vitamin C, folate, & carotenoids
10. Red Grapes contain iron, potassium, fiber, and powerful antioxidants.

11. Freeze dried strawberries are packed with high fiber, vitamins and high levels of
antioxidants.
Other than eating these fruits plain, there is a wide variety of ways to help incorporate them into
