Ventura County Scouts celebrate 100 years of Scouting at long awaited Camporee

After two failed attempts due to Covid and a fire along the 5 Freeway, Ventura County Scouts put on their annual scout Camporee at Camp Three Falls in Frazier Park, CA.

For immediate release

This past weekend, Scouts from all over Ventura County competed in a long delayed Camporee that celebrated the scouts 100 year anniversary in Ventura County. Over 550 scouts and adults attended the event at Camp Three Falls in Frazier Park, CA.

Troop Patrols the Tigers from 730 took third place overall, the Hawk patrol from Troop 155 took second and the Yak patrol from Troop 858 won first place overall. Congratulations to all the boys and girls who participated in the events and gave it their best. A great time was had by all.
