Greystones,Ireland – 26th May,2025 – In a powerful move to encourage youth fitness and healthy lifestyles, Greystones Rowing Club has officially partnered with several local schools to launch a new physical activity programme focused on indoor rowing and strength training.
This unique initiative introduces students to the benefits of using a rowing machine, helping them build endurance, coordination, and core strength in a fun and engaging way. The programme also includes workshops led by experienced club coaches who teach students the fundamentals of rowing technique and teamwork.
