When dealing with mental health issues, understanding where to seek help can significantly impact the outcome. A key initial step is realizing that you are not by yourself, and that help is always accessible. If you or someone you know is in crisis, reach out immediately to a suicide prevention number, such as 988, or call/text (904) 372-9087 for local assistance via Here Tomorrow. Connecting with others can transform lives, and support groups are among the most effective means to initiate the healing process.
At Here Tomorrow, we have faith in the strength of community. Our support groups provide open, inviting, and non-judgmental environments where people can exchange experiences, find connections with those who genuinely understand, and start healing collectively. Taking place every Monday and Thursday between 5:30 and 6:30 PM, our weekly Mental Health Hydration Support Group welcomes all participants—registration is not needed. Held in The Meeting Place at our Neptune Beach venue, this face-to-face group focuses on emotional expression, connection, and resilience.
Our On Your 6 Support Group, which takes place online every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00–3:00 PM, is designed specifically for military personnel and first responders who are currently serving or have served. Whether you’re moving into civilian life, managing the challenges of service, or just seeking camaraderie with others, this group provides a place to be listened to and supported by individuals who share similar experiences.
We additionally organize Melanin Minds, a hybrid gathering that takes place on the final Tuesday of every month. Aimed at people in the Black community, this group aims to dismantle mental health stigmas and foster a culturally affirming environment for sharing, reflecting, and supporting each other.
Each group is facilitated by trained peer support specialists, guaranteeing confidentiality and emotional safety. Whether you're looking for connection, managing stress, or needing reassurance that you're not alone, this is a place for you.
Contact us by calling or texting (904) 372-9087 for more information, or come see us at Here Tomorrow. Assistance, optimism, and recovery are merely a dialogue away.
