FINI means a foreign institutional investor registered under the securities laws of Taiwan to invest, inter alia, in equity securities listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation or traded in GreTai Securitiea Market.

This will allow foreign capital to be deployed locally and to spearhead the ability to become the leading non-bank lender in Taiwan.
