Hope Service Dogs, Inc. (HSD) has been selected as a beneficiary of the Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program for the month of January 2023.
The Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program was launched in February 2019. It is a reusable bag program. Winn-Dixie adopted this program with the aim of facilitating community support. The goal of the Winn-Dixie Community Bag Program is to make a difference in the communities where their shoppers live and work. HSD is thrilled to be chosen for this program.
HSD was selected as the beneficiary of the program for the month of January 2023. This honor was bestowed by the store leadership at the Winn-Dixie in Bushnell, Florida. Through this program, HSD will receive a $1 donation for every $2.99 reusable Community Bag purchased at this location, unless otherwise directed by the customer through the Giving Tag attached to the bag.
For the last 5 years, Hope Service Dogs, Inc. has been providing quality service dog prospects that are bred, raised and trained to mitigate the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. HSD programs include their breeding program as well as the HSD Warrior Program, which pairs a service dog with a veteran in need. The Hope for the Future scholarship program allows HSD to provide education to individuals all over the world. In 2022, HSD welcomed 37 puppies into the world. The puppies of HSD live and work all over the country. They are making a difference in lives every day! HSD’s goals include producing dogs that will be superior for service work as well as companionship.

Hope Service Dogs, Inc. is a nonprofit based in Sumterville, Florida.
