123 HP Setup | Troubleshooting WiFi (Wireless) Printer

If you don’t wish to connect your printer with WiFi through WPS option, or your printer does not have the wireless mode as a built-in feature, you would need to use the wired connection options.
Head over to the control panel of your HP printer. Set the printer visibility to ON, so that it’s detectable by networks around.
Now follow the steps below to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
1. Switch on your HP Printer.
2. Locate the printer’s control panel to find the Home button.
3. Using the arrow keys on the panel, select the “Wi-Fi setup” option.
4. Press OK.
5. A selection window will appear. Press OK once again to move to the selection menu.
6. Shuffle through different options visible to select “Wi-Fi Setup Wizard”.
7. Press OK.
8. A list of different networks with their names will appear on the screen.
9. Select the network you wish to connect to.
10. Enter the network password and again press OK.
11. Wait for the setup process to complete and when “Setup Complete. Print Report?” message appears on the screen, press OK.

Your HP printer installation is now complete on the network part. If you face issues connecting to the network, there might be some issues with the printer firmware.
