One year after his arrest, a Lake Grove man by the name of Kyle Cronin now seeks to challenge alleged RACIST gun law. Timothy Sullivan, a known corrupt politician was motivated by his racism against Italian immigrants to sponsor New York's conceal carry law.

Timothy Sullivan was an infamously corrupt New York politician who took power in Tammany Hall. His criminal empire was powerful and feared. More than a century ago, Sullivan once said "When you've voted'em with their whiskers on you take'em to a barber and scrap off the chin-fringe. Then you vote'em again with side lilacs and a mustache. Then to a barber again, off comes the sides and you vote'em a third time with the mustache. If that ain't enough, and the box can stand a few more ballots, clean off the mustache and vote'em plain face. That makes every one of 'em good for four votes." to describe his method for committing voter fraud. With such a power hold, Sullivan pushed his Racist and Bigoted agenda that is just now being challenged by Cronin in 2024.

Kyle Cronin who is behind the YouTube Channel EEPROM Toast, primarily focused on technology and cybersecurity, also sheds light on the injustice of New York gun laws.

Now acting as his own attorney, Kyle Cronin is taking the stand to defend the constitution. "I swore an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic" Cronin says while describing his commitment to fight this in court. The lawsuit which has been filed on January 5th 2024 is now pending a court date.
