During Best Machu Picchu Tour from Cusco, we will greet you at the airport and settle you into your hotel in Cusco. In the afternoon, you will have a city tour of the historical sites in Cusco. We will wake up eary to make our way to Inti Punku, meaning: “Sun Gate”, in time to witness the sunrise over one of the modern wonders of the world. From here we will descend to Machu Picchu and spend many hours exploring the site. In the afternoon we will travel back to Cusco by train and bus.

2 day Inca Trail Hike to Machu Picchu A full day visit to Machu Picchu! Once you have completed your tour of Machu Picchu, you will take the bus to AguasCalientes where you can stop for lunch and then go to the train station and take the train for your return trip to Cusco. We do not visit the ruins of Ollantaytambo on this tour, we simply go there in order to take the train to AguasCalientes.

4 days Inca Trail Trek to Machu Picchu Our hikers are picked up early from their hotels (5:30 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.), and travel by bus through the pretty villages of Chinchero, Urubamba, and Ollantaytambo. The scenic trip lasts for two and a half hours before we arrive at Kilometre 82, the start of the trail, located at 2550m/8269ft. Our buses normally stop at the town of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley for about an hour to give passengers the opportunity to have breakfast. Our hikers cross the Vilcanota River and embark on this unforgettable journey.
